Mat for all, a Thankful November gift from the founder to welcome all students to join in on Kinetic Pilates Mat class. Flow, fun and focus with the Contrology mat sequence. Pilates small props will be utilized- Magic circle, hand weights, bands, balls and blocks. This is an all-Level class.

This is a pay as you go class at a discounted welcome rate- for a single class.
